Don't try to find meaning in empty words. The clichés make sense .
Christopher Luxon's reception reminds me less of Peter Sellers' famous "Party Speech". Thus everything that comes close to being is completely withdrawn from him.
UPDATE: Liberty Scott, bless him, describe what the National Party political program would be like, it means something; A real nine-point plan by Luxon, Willis and others to avoid a return to the National Policy Statement on Medium Density Standards of Living (MDRS), followed by:
1) An explanation of the principles that form the basis of policy decisions...
2) Distinguish a case based on [these] principles.... [and]
3) The opposition's politics are reflexive, not instinctive.
Is the waiting time too long? Yes, most likely.
