The science education system in New Zealand is still failing (I think, along with Donald Trump's role) as government officials and college professors are pushing university teachers to turn Maturanga Māori (or the "Maori way of knowledge") ) in the science equivalent. as science in the science classes to be taught. All of this aims to provide a scientific level equal to myth, superstition, theology, ethics, philosophy, and yes, a degree of "practical knowledge" without underestimating perhaps as "under" real science.
